Retention Schedule for Contractual Data
For data collected under contract (contact details, addresses, and purchase or service history), I retain it for 7 years after our contract ends to comply with tax and legal obligations.
Correspondence is retained for 5 years unless it relates to financial or legal matters, in which case it is retained for 7 years.
After this period, all quotes, contracts, invoices, and emails will be destroyed.

For website inquiries, I retain contact form submissions for 12 months to respond to your inquiry. You can request deletion at any time by contacting me.
